Vendomatic is the largest operator of vending machines in South Africa with more than 6,000 locations country-wide. We were commissioned to co-develop a secure, reliable and scalable system accessible anywhere to manage all aspects of stock control from purchasing to reporting. Nicknamed "Tout", this system is has been in daily use for more than five years and has recorded millions of transactions, helping our client to minimise loss, optimise distribution and negotiate effectively with suppliers.

Built using free, open-source software (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Tout allows staff around the country to access the same shared database simultaneously while user roles allow the administrator to restrict the use of certain functions.
